Terms of Service

By creating a Seldmade account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform. By signing up, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to enter into contracts.

You are responsible for:

· Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

· All activity that occurs under your account.

· Providing accurate and current account information. You must notify us immediately at hello@Seldmade.pk if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You are solely responsible for all content you publish on your Seldmade store, including:

· Product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.

· Store branding, banners, and promotional content.

· Responses to customer inquiries. You must not list products that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited under Pakistani law. Seldmade reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

Seldmade facilitates order management between you and your customers. However:

· You are responsible for fulfilling all orders placed through your store.

· You must clearly communicate your delivery timelines and return/refund policies.

· Seldmade is not a party to any transaction between you and your customers.

· Any disputes between you and your customers must be resolved directly.

Seldmade provides tools for accepting Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfers. You are responsible for:

· Verifying payment screenshots uploaded by customers.

· Managing refunds and disputes with customers.

· Complying with all applicable financial regulations. Seldmade does not process payments on your behalf and is not liable for any financial loss arising from unverified payments.

You agree NOT to use Seldmade to:

· Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods.

· Engage in fraudulent activity or deceive customers.

· Upload malicious files, spam, or harmful content.

· Attempt to access other merchants' data.

· Reverse engineer or copy our platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

Seldmade aims to maintain 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with or without advance notice. We are not liable for any business losses resulting from downtime.

Seldmade offers a free plan with core features. Paid plans (if introduced) will be clearly communicated with pricing and feature details. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with 30 days' notice.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time:

· You may delete your account from the dashboard settings.

· Seldmade may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations. Upon termination, your store and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Seldmade is not liable for:

· Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

· Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

· Data loss or corruption.

· Actions of third-party couriers or payment processors. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the service in the past 3 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of Seldmade after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
